Interface Platform for Volunteers, 2024

A redesigned internal platform supporting volunteers of the Hungarian National Archives with a cleaner interface, improved workflow, and community‑building gamification.

The Hungarian National Archives relies on a dedicated group of volunteers who regularly help digitize a vast amount of archival documents. We were commissioned to enhance their internal online platform used for processing these materials.

The renewed interface is cleaner, more user‑friendly, and visually coherent, supporting volunteers in navigating large datasets with clarity and ease. We also introduced a set of gamification elements designed to strengthen the volunteer community, increase engagement, and make the collaborative workflow more efficient.
